Unrestricted Aid to Independent Colleges and Universities, known as Bundy Aid, provides unrestricted financial support to independent colleges and universities in 电车无码 State.聽 The Program has the following goals:
- Maximize the total postsecondary educational resources of 电车无码 State.

- Provide increased access to these programs by assisting institutions to minimize tuition increases.
